Top Inspirational Yoga Videos on Youtube

Before we get started with the videos, I just wanted to let everyone know the best ways to stay focused on your yoga journey.

Ready?

Having a plan!

When you know exactly what yoga poses to do and how long to hold them for it makes it much easier to practice yoga. This is why we created our FREE Resource Library to get you started.

1.Never, Ever Give Up. Arthur’s Inspirational Transformation!

The first video we have is my all time favorite source of inspiration for anything. The main point this video presents is that no matter how hard things may get, always keep getting back up.

Giving up is not an option. Keep going and you will eventually see your desired results. Click play and don’t be surprised if you have a few tears in your eyes at the end.

How amazing was that transformation? I remember watching that video years ago and it has always motivated me to stick with yoga.

2.Amazing 96 – year old Yoga Master Tao Porchon Lynch – Inspiration, Life & “Dancing Light”

The beautiful thing about yoga is that it is for all walks of life. Whether you think you are not capable because of the shape of your body or your age, yoga is the right practice to obtain your desired results. Yoga Master Tao Porchon Lynch inspires us to keep going and keep exploring.

Such a beautiful soul!

3.Yoga for Beginners – Arm Balances Made Easy

Our next video is more than just an “arms balance” tutorial. It’s very inspiring because Michael Taylor talks about the proper mindset that we should all develop during our yoga practice.

Be inspired that you don’t have to hit a pose and that it is more important to get to know your own body. Running at your goal head-on while ignoring all the warning signs your body is telling you may result in injury. Have fun and be free with your movements!

4.A practice. Meghan Currie Yoga

Up next we have an inspirational video on the capabilities of the human body with Meghan Currie. What she does in this video is so beautiful and inspiring, even though I could only do 5% of what she does. Meghan reminds us how playful and freeing yoga can be and what potential we can strive for with our body movement.

5.Yoga Transforming Lives

Need a reason of benefits to keep continuing your yoga practice? Watch this short video about all different types of people talking about how yoga has changed their lives for the better.

6.Art of Movement: The Dance of Trust (AcroYoga at 11,000 Feet)

“Wow” is the first word that comes to my mind when I watch this! I always find it amazing and inspiring when I see something I don’t normally see that requires a lot of skill. Watch in amazement how these two people work together to create beautiful acro yoga movement.

7.Why We Breathe. A Yoga Documentary

The last video we have for you is a 50-minute yoga documentary. In this documentary they dive deep on the different benefits and reasons why people get into yoga. Watching it will reinforce why yoga is beneficial to your body on a physical and mental level. Enjoy!

I hope you have enjoyed these videos as much as I have. Holding on to multiple sources of inspiration is very important in developing our motivation. Pin this article to your boards on Pinterest and keep coming back to it when you start to lose motivation.
