Regardless of how beneficial and effective you know yoga is in helping you achieve your goals, sometimes it’s just so hard to get yourself on that mat. These 100 yoga quotes will inspire and motivate you to develop your practice and encourage you to stay focused on why you started yoga in the first place!
When you find a yoga quote that you connect with, meditate on that quote during your next yoga session. Write out your thoughts in a journal and really begin to explore what the quote means to you when you find one (or many) that you connect with (I really connect with yoga quote #50!)
