Thanks so much for signing up for our very FIRST Online Yoga Workshop.

Look for an email in your inbox where we'll explain all of the details! Make sure you whitelist our email address [email protected] to make sure you get notifications and important links for the yoga workshop and to prevent us from ending up in your spam or promotions folder.

Whitelist instructions (if you're using Gmail): 

• Click on "settings"
• Go to the "filters and blocked addresses" tab
• Click "create new filter"
• In the "from" field, type in [email protected], then click "create filter"
• On the next page, check the box that says "never send to spam", then click OK
• Done! You're all set for getting our emails 🙂
